3. Admission and Registration

Parents or legal guardians must provide accurate and complete information while submitting admission enquiries or registration details.
Submission of an admission enquiry or payment does not automatically guarantee admission.
Admission is subject to eligibility criteria, availability of seats, document verification, and confirmation by the respective branch.
Discoveryland reserves the right to verify the information and documents submitted during the admission process.
Parents or guardians are responsible for ensuring that all information provided is correct and up to date.

4. Fee Structure and Payment

Applicable fees may vary depending on the selected branch, program, class, batch, and additional facilities.
The applicable fee will be displayed before the parent proceeds to the payment gateway.
Parents are responsible for reviewing the fee breakdown and confirming the payable amount before completing the transaction.
All payments must be made through the payment methods officially provided on the Discoveryland website or communicated by an authorised Discoveryland representative.
A payment is considered successful only after confirmation from the payment gateway and/or Discoveryland’s payment records.
Applicable taxes, transaction charges, or other fees, if any, will be communicated before payment.

5. Payment Plans and Discounts

Discoveryland may offer different payment options, including:

Full-year fee payment with applicable discounts.
Installment-based payment plans.
Combo discounts for eligible combinations of educational programs and additional facilities.

The following conditions apply:

Discounts are subject to the applicable eligibility criteria and approved fee structure.
Combo discounts will be applied only to eligible combinations of programs and facilities.
Full-payment discounts and combo discounts may be subject to separate terms and conditions.
Discounts cannot be assumed to be cumulative unless explicitly approved and displayed during the payment process.
The installment amounts and payment due dates will be communicated during the fee payment process.
Any promotional offer or discount is subject to its stated validity and conditions.

6. Online Payment and Payment Security

Online payments are processed through authorised third-party payment gateway providers.
Discoveryland does not directly collect or store complete debit card, credit card, UPI PIN, net banking password, or other confidential banking credentials.
Payment processing is subject to the payment gateway provider’s terms, security procedures, and availability.
Parents must ensure that payment details are entered correctly and that the transaction is completed successfully.
In case of a failed, pending, or interrupted transaction, parents should verify the payment status before attempting another payment.
Discoveryland shall not be responsible for delays or interruptions caused by banks, payment gateways, internet connectivity, or other third-party service providers, subject to applicable law.

7. Installment Payments

Where an installment payment option is available, parents may pay the applicable fee in the specified installments.
The first installment must be paid within the prescribed admission or payment period.
The remaining installment must be paid by the communicated due date.
Parents are responsible for ensuring timely payment of outstanding fees.
Any applicable late-payment charges or consequences must be communicated by Discoveryland before they are enforced.
Payment of the first installment does not waive the obligation to pay the remaining approved fees.

8. Parent and Guardian Responsibilities

Parents or legal guardians agree to:

Provide accurate student and contact information.
Pay the applicable fees within the prescribed timelines.
Keep their registered mobile number and email address updated.
Follow the rules, regulations, and guidelines communicated by the respective branch.
Inform Discoveryland about any changes to admission or student information.
Retain payment confirmations and transaction references for future communication.

9. Refunds and Cancellation

All requests for admission cancellation, withdrawal, or fee refunds will be handled in accordance with Discoveryland Limited’s Refund & Cancellation Policy published on the website.

Parents are advised to review the Refund & Cancellation Policy before making any payment.

10. Website Information and Accuracy

Discoveryland makes reasonable efforts to ensure that the information published on its website is accurate and up to date.
